Is the diet made by AI?
No. Rafael Mendes, a registered nutritionist, takes care of your diet. The assistant conducts the conversation and organizes your information for him; he analyzes it, adjusts each meal and approves the diet. No diet is sent without his approval.
How does the 24-hour guarantee work?
If your diet isn't approved within 24 hours after the consultation, the price of that consultation is refunded automatically to your payment method, and you still receive your diet. For follow-ups, the time starts when you send your progress photos.
Can I talk to the nutritionist?
Yes. You can message him directly on the site whenever you have a question about your diet.
Do I need to be on camera?
No. It's voice only, like a phone call. Find a quiet place; headphones help.
What if the call drops?
You continue where you left off. Continuing an interrupted consultation doesn't use another one.
Is the nutritionist registered in the US?
